What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty applies to any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Dr. Pen will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective products or parts free of charge, ensuring they meet our quality standards. The warranty covers issues resulting from faulty materials or poor workmanship under normal usage and maintenance.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues arising from conditions that are not related to material or workmanship defects. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
